Dowman, Ngumoha PFA nominations criminal ahead of Bournemouth, Newcastle and West Ham stars

Rio Ngumoha and Max Dowman have been nominated for the PFA Young Player of the Year to strengthen a supposedly outdated claim that all footballers are morons.
