I don't know who Doctor Congo is, but I'm gonna root for they team

I don't know who this Dr. Congo is - never heard of 'em - but apparently s/he was able to get his/er team into the World Cup. Good for them, I say! Gonna root for them (mostly because they're underdogs). But seriously, it's a very short list of counties that could use a WC victory more than DRC.
