New tiebreaker rule already killing must-win games on matchday 2

ok so I’m fully over this tiebreaker change already. FIFA put head-to-head ahead of goal difference this year. sounds like a small thing but it means groups can get locked up after 2 games instead of 3. USA’s already done it. Beat Paraguay 4-1 in the opener, then beat Australia. Paraguay can still win their last game and finish on the same points as the US, doesn’t matter, US already has the head-to-head from game one. Group’s over. So USA can just bench Pulisic and whoever else against Türkiy...
